Terms for using D1 Football and the D1 College Football app.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Acrux Studios Pty Ltd(“we”, “our”, or “us”) for your use of d1.football and the D1 College Footballmobile app (together, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

D1 Football provides college football scores, rankings, teams, news headlines, and related information for general interest and entertainment. The Service is free to use. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.
The D1 College Football app requires you to create an account and sign in after onboarding. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your sign-in method secure. You may sign out or delete your account from Manage Account in the app. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle account data.

Scores, schedules, rankings, and news summaries may come from third-party sources. News links open on publisher websites that we do not control. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content. The Service is not gambling, betting, or financial advice.
We and our licensors own the Service, including its design, branding, and software. Team names, logos, and league marks belong to their respective owners. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the Service except as permitted by law.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ACRUX STUDIOS PTY LTD AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED AUD $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (WHICH IS ZERO FOR THE FREE SERVICE), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account in the app.
If you download D1 College Footballfrom the Apple App Store, your use of the app is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA), in addition to these Terms. Apple is not responsible for the Service or its content. You may contact us at support@d1.football regarding the app, not Apple.
If you download D1 College Footballfrom Google Play, your use is also subject to Google Play's terms and policies. Google is not responsible for the Service or its content.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Australia for disputes arising from these Terms or the Service, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country give you different rights.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or on the website. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
